Glory Be

Glory be to the Father
     and to the Son
     and to the Holy Spirit;
As it was in the beginning,
     is now
     and ever shall be,
     world without end.
Amen.

This is prayer, hymn, and poetry to my soul!
I like to pray this throughout the day.
I like to pray this especially when I'm doing my morning stretches!!! :)

With each phrase I draw an expansive circle with my hands, starting at my breast, rising overhead, out and down to the floor, and then returning to center. :)
